Heru Distributes 30 Free Land Certificates in Mampang Prapatan

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, handed over 30 land certificates to residents in Mampang Prapatan Urban Village, South Jakarta, Wednesday (1/24).

The certificate is handed over directly by the Acting Governor to residents' homes, to ensure the suitability of the recipient.

"We provide door to door to ensure the recipient matches the name on the certificate," he expressed, in the Jakarta Provincial's press release.

Heru Gives Directions to Equality Technical Training Participants

The granting of land certificates is part of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program which makes it easier for people to obtain legal certainty regarding house ownership in the form of free land certificates.

According to him, the PTSL program would be continued in various areas in Jakarta and the distribution would be conducted by the mayor and sub-district head.

"This program will be continued and actually many other places. But, because it is partial, the Mayor or District Head can provide it," he continued.

Diah, one of RT 02/01 residents, Mampang Prapatan Urban Village, expressed her gratitude for getting a free land certificate.

"It takes almost a year for the application to be submitted to the urban village. What it feels like, can't be expressed in words. I haven't had a land certificate all my life since I was little. This is a family home, now with the existing program, I'm very happy," she explained.

He also expressed his appreciation to the Jakarta Government and related parties who helped issue free land certificate applications.

"Especially the Governor, thank you very much and also the urban village and sub-district heads. Anyway, I'm really happy. By getting a certificate for this house, it will ensure that it is mine. Anyway, hopefully, it will be a blessing for the Jakarta Government," he stated.
